NEW Instant Balance Feature 

Instant balance is a secure, read-only feature that allows users to view their selected account balances without logging on to the mobiliti app. This reduces the amount of time it takes for users to perform their most common activity - which is typically checking their balances. Instant balance uses the same pre-authenticated balance inquiry method that is utilized for delivering balances via text message (SMS). For security purposes, this feature cannot be used to complete transactions, and the account numbers will be masked, as the system does not transmit any sensitive authentication or account information during the transaction. Read more info below for activating the Instant Balance Feature on your Bank of the West accounts.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Need a place to store those special documents and other valuable items? We offer safe deposit boxes to our existing customers at most of our locations in sizes ranging from 3X5 to 10X10 at prices starting at $30.00 per year. Please call your local branch to see if they offer Safe Deposit Boxes.
