Commercial Wagon Wheel Money Market Account

Minimum Balance to open this account is $2,500.00, if the account balance is less than $10,000.00, a monthly service charge of $15 will be charged. Transaction limitations are: six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, drafts, and debit card or other similar transactions per statement cycle. There is a $15 fee for each withdrawal transaction exceeding six (6) per statement cycle. There is a $5 fee for paper statements, you can avoid this fee by enrolling in E-statements.

Premier Business Checking Account

Minimum balance to open account - $300

Fees:

• Monthly service charge of $10.00.
• A minimum daily balance of $300.00 is required to avoid the monthly service charge of $10.00.
• No per item fee for the first 200 items (paper items, debit card transactions, ACH transactions, online banking transfers, and bill pay transactions).
• $0.50 per item charge exceeding 200 items.
• $5.00 Paper Statement Fee
• No fee for E-statements
• Month-end statement provided with statement images included.

Commercial Checking Account

Minimum balance to open account - $300

Fees:

• A monthly maintenance fee of $20.00 will be charged.
• A deposit fee of $0.30 will be charged for each deposit slip posted.
• An item fee of $0.10 will be charged for each item in the deposit.
• A paid check fee of $0.15 will be charged for each check paid.
• $5.00 Paper Statement Fee
• No fee for E-statements

Earnings Credit - This account features an earnings credit which is applied each month as part of the statement processing, this credit is applied to reduce or eliminate fees incurred on this account during the statement period. If the total earnings credit amount exceeds the total fees for this period, that credit will be applied to offset those incurred fees, there will not be a credit paid in excess to the fee amount as a carry forward or otherwise receive credit for any excess earnings credit for each period.
